Consequently the turtle carving from China has a shell of malachite-azurite which actually looks like the Earth. The necklace is strung with molded jet heishi and includes malachite-azurite and hematite beads.** |

This 3-strand (24") necklace features my 'Anasazi' color combination , using red jasper, turquoise, and picture jasper stone chips.** It is strung with violet oyster heishi and has silver-plated findings. The Anasazi colors are also featured on necklaces using voluta heishi, 'Anasazi Sands', and with sterling liquid silver, 'Anasazi Silver'. I use this Native American style necklace to feature other stones such as lapis and malachite, strung with both sterling liquid silver and violet oyster heishi. |
